The Power of Identity

Discovering The Freedom of Who You Are in Christ

ABOUT ME

Welcome to my page. My name is Sharyl Williams, and I have spent much of my life trying to be someone different, constantly adjusting myself to fit in with those around me. I knew the exhaustion of performing, the weight of seeking approval, and the loneliness that comes from hiding who you really are.

Through my own struggles with identity, I learned to turn to God and lean on Him instead of myself and the approval of others. And in that turning, I discovered the freedom that lies in being who He created me to be.

Now, I write and speak to the woman who feels alone—the one who feels different, the one who watches everyone around her seem to get it right while she feels like she's failing. Whether you're in your twenties or your sixties, whether you're a stay-at-home mom or a CEO, whether you're in a season of joy or struggle—we all need the strength, peace, and contentment that comes from anchoring our identity in Christ.

My heart's desire echoes Paul's prayer in Ephesians 3: that you will have the power to understand how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love for you is. Because when you truly grasp that love, everything changes.
